The Master Plan contemplates the construction of four Championship Golf Courses designed by world-renowned architects.

The Southern tip will feature the only golf course in the world with 18 holes on the ocean. Spread across 296 acres, on the tip of the peninsula.

A golf course adjacent to the marina, set to be designed by one of the industry’s most important architects. Expanding over an estimated 490 acres and featuring play on the bay front and intermingled with water canals.

A public course on the North beach, for the enjoyment of the area’s hotel guests.

A private club overlooking the bay, for the residents of the developed communities.
